It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like.....
The more I think about it, the more I realize how quickly the time is going to go by. I have yet to start training, although I think about it pretty much everyday. I know that Iwill be fine, I always am...but I just need to get my booty out there!
The 100 degree weather may have a little something to do with the lack of training right now.
On other news, Team Denver is going to have a Dinner & Silent Auction. I know that I have several things that are pretty awesome to auction off. I am pretty excited about it!!
If you know of something, or have a skill or business that would like to donate, PLEASE let me know! We would love to hear from you! More details on that to come.
If you read my blog, and read about Denver. I will keep you updated on that as well. Short story...he had an MRI done and some Neurofibromas were found on his cranium. We will see a neurologist to see what, if anything we need to do next.
Much love to you all!!!

Something Hot, Something Cold, Something Big, Something Bold....
For the most part, training is done for now, however Jason and I will be participating in 2 events next year!
The first event will be in August and will be The Hotter'N Hell Ride in Wichita Falls! Woosh! It'll be hot, and it'll be hard - but it will be awesome and right up Jason's alley. We have recently started riding together and will pretty much be riding until August...and after.
The second will be the Rock and Roll Marathon and alf Marathon San Antonio. The same one that Karen and I ran last month.

What's Your Passion?
Do you believe in something beautiful? Do you have so much love and passion for something that you want to shout it from the rooftops?
Well, let me tell you that this foundation, The Children’s Tumor Foundation is my passion. I wish I had a million dollars to give to this place. I wish I knew so many more people to reach out to and tell about it. I wish I had the training needed to find a cure for neurofibromatosis. I wish that I could do SO MUCH MORE than just run. When I actually think about it, I feel like it isn’t enough. My passion stems from a precious little boy named
My training is going great. I feel it in me and I am ready to do this run. Ready and willing. I am not 100% there yet, but If I had to run it tomorrow…I may do it slowly, but I would definitely finish!
Think about what your passion is. If you don’t have one…find yours. If you want to be a part of this one, it is a worth while one!
